Hospital key account manager - oncology - flanders

Position

1. Implement the companys strategy within the assigned territory (Flanders), using the tools/materials available, in compliance with the given directives and the ethical rules of the profession.
2. Provide scientific information to healthcare professionals to promote the products (presentation of regulatory, pharmaco-economic, and pharmaco-therapeutic aspects), the proper use of medicines (presentation of the medicines role in the targeted pathology, the recommended therapeutic strategy, etc.) as well as the companys image.
3. Develop professional relationships with the medical community (including physicians and pharmacists), providing them with all scientific information necessary for the proper use of the promoted medicines.

Responsibilities

4. To become a true brand advocate with total credibility among the customers, recognized by them as the one to approach for support and advice related to Pharma Mar products.
5. Organize appointments and meetings with healthcare staff: clinicians, nurses, pharmacists or any other relevant stakeholder as appropriate. Meetings shall be planned in advance and have a clear objective.
6. Build productive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and influential customers across his/her territory.
7. To develop a territory business plan, review it periodically and put in place all actions planned to grow the business in each center or area, in agreement with his line manager and always in accordance with the local Code of Conduct and EFPIA Code.
8. Build a territory customers database, segment the customers following the Company strategy and guidelines and keep it updated on a regular basis.
9. Maintain detailed record of the visits performed through the CRM system.
10. Keeping up to date with the latest clinical data provided by the company through continuous medical education and training, as well as through individual training and reading of relevant publications.
11. Gather, analyze and deliver information from the field about market trends and competitors to allow Pharma Mar to develop strategies to grow revenues and market share.
12. To attend local, National and International conferences when needed.
13. All activities performed shall be oriented to reach or exceed the sales annual target in the given territory, maximizing the return on investment.

Profile

14. Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine).
15. You have a native level in Dutch (both written and spoken) and you are also fluent in English.
16. Significant experience and track record of success as a Key Account Manager or Sales Representative in the Pharmaceutical Field. Experience in oncology preferred.
17. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
18. Good communicator, both in 1-to-1 and group presentation settings.
19. Result oriented.
20. Good organizational skills.
21. Maturity and gravitas to influence others.
22. Team player.
