Secretary / Office & Events Coordinator

For one of our clients, an international and technically-oriented organization based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Secretary to join a small and dynamic team. This organization represents European companies in the industrial, medical, and food gases sector and operates in a highly international environment, with English as the working language. Your role As a Secretary, you will play a central role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supporting the organization of high-level international meetings and events. Your responsibilities will include: Providing administrative support to the General Secretary and team members Managing office operations (suppliers, facilities, equipment, maintenance) Coordinating with service providers and ensuring a welcoming office environment Organizing logistics for meetings and events (venues, hotels, catering, travel, etc.) Handling general correspondence, inbox management, and invitations Supporting the coordination of international working groups Assisting with large-scale events and conferences across Europe (including occasional travel) Your profile Fluent in English (written and spoken) – additional languages (French, Dutch, etc.) are a plus Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role Strong organizational and coordination skills Proactive, hands-on, xjsrcvq and detail-oriented Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) What's in it for you?
