TK2d EU Project Coordinator
We are looking for a TK2d EU Project Coordinator who is organized, collaborative, and proactive to join us in our Solutions Rare & Epilepsy Europe team, based in Brussels, Belgium.
About the roleYou will support TK2d activities at both regional and local levels, focusing on project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring smooth organizational processes across Europe.Who you'll work with
You will collaborate with a diverse team of regional and country stakeholders, as well as cross-functional partners in procurement, finance, and data privacy. You'll also build strong networks with assistants and project coordinators at global, EU, and local levels.
What you'll do
* Support project execution, vendor management, and audit-compliant document storage.
* Responsible for creating contracts, purchase orders, ANF and all administrative steps to implement regional and local projects
* Oversee budget planning and act as the main contact for finance partners.
* Create and manage digital collaboration platforms for stakeholders.
* Organize and facilitate team meetings, regional and country reviews, and audits.
* Support onboarding, training, and team readiness.
* Act as the interface for regional and country TK2d teams.
Interested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Over 10 years' experience as team assistant or project coordination across borders.
* Strong digital literacy and familiarity with MS Office tools.
* Experience in budget handling and audit support.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
* Agile mindset and ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
