CONTEXT

Following an internal mobility, we are looking for a talented collaborator to join the KAM team based in Braine-l'Alleud (+/- 30 km from Brussels).

MISSIONS

As a KAM/Sales Support, you will directly support the Retail Key Account Managers in their daily and strategic missions. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Commercial & administrative support: preparing client meetings (files, sales arguments, presentations), updating databases, monitoring contracts and commercial agreements Close monitoring of customer invoices and price disputes.
2. Operational follow-up: coordinating product launches, monitoring promotional and trade marketing activities with internal teams and clients.
3. Translate and input of annual promotional plan into internal IT systems.
4. Analysis & reporting: consolidating sales data, monitoring customer performance, building dashboards.
5. Internal communication & coordination: acting as a link between Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and Category Management teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial plans.

YOUR PROFILE

6. Master level
7. Proficient with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally familiar with CRM or ERP tools.
8. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
9. Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and solution-oriented mindset.
10. Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment.
11. French or Dutch native (good command/understanding of the 2nd language), English is a plus

We are looking for a young graduate profile, evolution through internal mobility on other functions is possible.

Starting date: as of now to beginning of 2026.
