We are seeking a Commissioning Lead to support the transition of construction projects into operational use within a large-scale industrial environment. The role involves coordinating commissioning and asset implementation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate commissioning and infrastructure projects
* Support project managers and operational teams during project handover
* Manage project documentation, procedures, and compliance requirements
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and engineering teams
* Monitor project progress, reporting, budgeting, and quality standards
* Contribute to process improvement and infrastructure optimisation
* Embed change management practices within projects
Requirements
* Master's degree in Engineering
* Experience in commissioning and/or managing large-scale industrial projects
* Strong project management and team coordination skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset
* Dutch language proficiency required
