What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a true deal-maker and market explorer – someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning prospects into long-term partners.
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial expansion in the BeLux market, helping real estate professionals digitize their parking assets and rethink their tenants’ mobility experience.
* Identify and engage decision-makers such as CFOs, Facility Managers, Asset Managers, and Property Managers.
* Manage long and complex B2B sales cycles – from prospecting to closing.
* Use HubSpot to maintain a high-performance sales pipeline.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to offer tailored solutions.
* Close deals, exceed targets, and build long-lasting relationships.
* Grow into a Head of Sales BeLux role within 12 months – this position is a launchpad for future leadership.

To be successful in this position you should relate to the following expectations:
* 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
* Proven experience managing complex sales cycles with B2B clients.
* A closer mentality with a hunter’s instinct.
* You’re energized by mobility innovation, smart buildings, and urban tech.
* An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to evangelize a market.
* You’re not afraid of opening doors and you love meeting people.
* You excel in active listening and can adapt to your clients’ needs.

* An ambitious personality, with a passion for technology and a desire to revolutionize a sector.
* You speak Dutch natively and English effortlessly.
* Bonus: You have experience in SaaS Sales or in Real Estate.
