Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Digital Customer Journey Analyst
to capture and understand the end-to-end customer journey across digital touchpoints. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will continuously improve customer experience and enhance the performance of digital business channels.
Key Responsibilities
Tagging & KPIs
* Define KPIs and supporting metrics aligned with business objectives.
* Develop and implement a tagging strategy, including technical specifications for developers.
* Challenge business needs regarding tagging requirements by setting clear objectives.
* Create and refine user stories with the right level of detail for developers.
Reporting & Analysis
* Build reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and supporting metrics.
* Perform quantitative analyses for continuous improvement.
* Present analytical findings through compelling storytelling tailored to different audiences.
* Promote a data-driven mindset by educating stakeholders and enabling informed decision-making.
Agile Collaboration
* Coordinate projects with multiple squads.
* Actively participate in refinement sessions and Agile ceremonies.
* Ensure consistent follow-up and delivery within an Agile environment.
Requirements
Education
* Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, Economics, Digital Marketing, or Marketing.
Experience
* Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital analytics or related fields.
Technical Expertise
* Hands-on experience with
Adobe Analytics
(mandatory).
* Hands-on experience with
Contentsquare
(mandatory).
* Familiarity with Agile methodology (preferred).
Business Expertise
* Strong ability to translate business objectives into KPIs and actionable metrics.
* Experience creating and implementing tagging strategies.
* Skilled at presenting insights and telling stories with data.
* Experience working in Agile frameworks in a digital product environment (preferred).
