We're looking for a motivated and technically-minded Technical Sales Manager for our client, a family-owned company supplying equipment and services to the industrial sector.

Based in the Flanders region, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our client portfolio, promoting his full-service offering (equipment, maintenance, and civil engineering), and driving long-term sales cycles with major industrial players from various sectors.

Your responsibilities include:

* Visiting clients and prospects across Flanders to present your full range of services.
* Managing commercial projects from lead generation to closing.
* Preparing offers, following up on proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Collaborating closely with the head office in Wavre, Brussels-Capital Region (1 day/week on-site).
* Reporting activities and maintaining CRM records (ODOO).

You will work autonomously from home and on the road, with full support from the internal teams. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company.

Your Profile

You have a technical background (minimum Bachelor's in electromechanics or similar) and at least 3 years of experience in a technical-commercial role.

You are a native Dutch speaker with professional English skills; French is a plus.

You are driven, autonomous, and eager to invest in a long-term career. You enjoy building relationships and are a true “hunter” when it comes to business development. You are organized, communicative, and passionate about industrial equipment.

The Company

Our client is a family-owned company active since 1994, serving the BeNeLux industrial sector. Through three entities they offer a unique, complete service: from supplying rotating equipment to maintenance and foundation repair. They are recognized for their quality, long-term client relationships, and technical expertise.
