Within our internal Quality, Risk & Compliance function, we are looking for a Risk Compliance Officer to support the business and independence-related matters. In this supporting role you will be responsible for the day-to-day assistance in the management of our Ethics & Independence/Quality & Risk Management department. This includes the following tasks:
Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and compliance-related support to the teamPerform daily and recurring testings, controls and checksManage and follow up on one or multiple systemsSend invitations, confirmation emails and follow up on actionsHandle user queries (basic questions, access management, permissions)Support the preparation and execution of testingsFollow up and structure administrative processesIntegration of Artificial Intelligence in daily operations and processesCreate and update presentations (PowerPoint, slides)Format and structure policies and documentation professionallyEnsure consistency and quality in document formattingMaintain and update internal tools, portals and websitesProactively support the team and contribute to smooth daily operations

Skills & QualificationsYou have 2–3 years (or more) of relevant experience in a compliance, administration roleYou manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the internet.You place a high value on compliance and ethical behaviourYou are able to handle sensitive information, investigations and compliance related matters with the utmost discretion.You are interested in further developing expertise in risk, compliance and independence regulationsYou are analytical, detail-oriented and able to handle complex topics pragmaticallyYou have a hands-on mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a supporting roleYou are a strong communicator and able to translate complex topics into clear, actionable adviceYou are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong assetYou are organized, able to multitask and work autonomously in a dynamic environment to multitask and work autonomously in a dynamic environment
