As a Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist at Swarovski, you will:
1. Design, document, and implement compliant customs processes across EMEA for B2C and B2B operations
2. Lead regional implementation of global trade compliance frameworks (tariff classification, export control, COO, GTS)
3. Identify and apply Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) in coordination with internal and external partners
4. Ensure optimized customs setups with regional sales teams and monitor broker performance
5. Track and report performance indicators, supporting quarterly business reviews
6. Maintain audit readiness through risk-based monitoring and self-auditing methods
7. Define legal labeling and hallmarking requirements for RDC EMEA processes
About you:
8. Expertise in global customs regulationsand trade compliance, including tariff classification, preferential origin, and customs valuation
9. Strong knowledge of EU and international trade laws, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), and customs programs
10. Proficiency in SAP GTS and SAP SD, especially in export control and compliance reporting
11. Proven project management skillswith experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple countries
12. University degreein Supply Chain, International Trade, Law, or a related field, with 3+ years of experiencein multinational customs and trade compliance roles
13. Customs and/or Trade Compliance certifications (e.g., AEO, customs broker license, WCO or ICC-related training) preferred.
14. Fluent oral and written communications skills in English
