Ph3International Transaction Tax - Manager - French or German Speaking /h3 pbInternational Transaction Tax Manager - Financial Services /b /p pbThe opportunity /b /p pAs part of the team, you will provide tax expertise to Banking and Insurance clients, encompassing advice on international tax implications for multinational companies in relation, but not limited, to mergers, acquisitions and restructurings including due diligence, transfer pricing and tax modelling. /p pbYour key responsibilities /b /p pYou will also be involved in international tax and strategic transaction advice, fund structuring services or post completion tax advisory services.
