* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and application management, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or lead role.
* Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central preferred).
* Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and enterprise applications.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT risk management, and compliance (e.g. security policies, access control, data protection).
* Experience managing IT vendors, contracts, and budgets.
* Leadership experience with the ability to coach and manage small teams.
* Good communication skills in English.
