Sonaca Group is hiring a
Head of Quality ESA
(Belgian site)
The Head of Quality ESA will be responsible for strategically developing and executing the Quality strategy of Sonaca ESA, focusing on operational quality, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, process control, and sourcing quality in collaboration with the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO).
Additionally, the incumbent will oversee environmental conformance for the Sonaca Europe and South America sites.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute the Quality strategy for Sonaca ESA.
2. Ensure operational quality and product conformance meet established standards.
3. Manage quality assurance certifications and compliance requirements.
4. Drive customer satisfaction through quality initiatives.
5. Implement rigorous process control measures to maintain high quality standards.
6. Collaborate with the CPO to ensure sourcing quality aligns with organizational objectives.
7. Define and Implement the Sustainability roadmap as well as ensure the conformance to applicable environmental matters for Sonaca ESA
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Quality leadership roles.
- In-depth understanding of operational quality and process control.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to drive change and continuous improvement initiatives.
The Head of Quality ESA will be based in Belgium (Headquarters), thus being fluent in French is mandatory.
