In this role, you will drive sell-out growth, customer engagement and brand visibility across veterinary and (e-)retail channels in the Benelux. You will act as the key link between marketing and sales, ensuring campaigns are effectively executed in the field.
What You Will Do
* Develop and execute local trade marketing plans aligned with brand and commercial strategy
* Translate campaigns into customer-focused activations (POS, promotions, sales tools)
* Support sales teams with tools, messaging and campaign roll-out
* Coordinate product launches and promotional activities across Benelux
* Analyse market data and campaign performance to optimise ROI
* Identify local opportunities and turn them into actionable initiatives
* Ensure consistent, high-quality execution of marketing materials
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, regulatory and supply teams
What You Bring
* 2–5 years’ experience in trade marketing, field marketing or commercial marketing
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Hands-on, proactive and results-driven mindset
* Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
* Experience with CRM or marketing tools is a plus
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
* Fluent Dutch and English; French is a plus
