Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement global and local compensation and benefits strategies
* Conduct market research and analyze compensation data to inform business decisions
* Design and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and benefits harmonization
* Provide analytical insights and recommendations based on compensation data and market trends
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
* Knowledge of (Belgian) pension legislation and pension funds
* Proficiency with systems and tools such as Excel, SAP, Power BI or SuccessFactors
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging way
