We are looking for a curious, proactive, and organized professional with strong communication skills who is interested in expanding their knowledge in digital assets, blockchain technology, and innovative financial infrastructure, while helping maintain the company’s operational environment efficiently and securely.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide onsite and remote technical support for employees;
* Configure and maintain laptops and workstations;
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls;
* Support Microsoft 365 / Entra ID administration;
* Assist with corporate tools such as Slack, VPN, and internal platforms;
* Handle onboarding and offboarding processes;
* Organize and manage company equipment inventory;
* Support hardware purchasing and standardization;
* Provide basic network and office infrastructure support;
* Identify operational improvements and simple automation opportunities;
* Maintain process documentation and inventory records.
Requirements
* Previous experience with corporate IT support;
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID;
* Familiarity with Windows environments;
* Basic understanding of networking, Wi-Fi, and infrastructure;
* Strong organizational and communication skills;
* Hands‑on profile with a strong sense of ownership;
* Availability to work onsite in São Paulo/SP.
Nice to Have
* Experience with Intune or MDM solutions;
* Knowledge of information security practices;
* Experience with automations or scripting;
* Previous experience in technology‑driven companies.
This role is focused on operational support and internal office infrastructure, and is not a cloud/devops position.
