Reports to Commercial Director, MACIE Region
Responsibilities
o Develop and implement European Regional Marketing Strategies for newly acquired portfolio of poultry/swine & ruminant products, current dairy nutritional products & launch of forthcoming innovative pipeline products.
o Manage all marketing service activities within Europe including Phibro Europe Website, developing sales tools, sales bulletins, sales training materials and distributor training presentations.
o Work in partnership with key stakeholders including European Key Account Managers & Commercial Managers, Global marketing, MACIE Technical, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, Finance & Logistics to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and alignment.
o Identify, Plan & Prepare for Phibro Europe attendance at relevant Industry Fairs – example France (Space), Netherlands (RMV) and Germany (EuroTier).
o Partner with Commercial Director, Newly Acquired Portfolio and European Ruminant Business Manager to analyze and determine effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities.
o Analyse market trends and stakeholder behaviour to inform marketing tactics for the region.
o Monitor and Report Performance: Set key performance indicators for marketing activities, track their success, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet Phibro Europe business needs.
o Foster a shared learning environment based on best practices and continuous training to the commercial organization.
Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, or a related discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
o Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in marketing within the animal health industry.
o Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that enable sales growth across multiple European markets.
o Previous experience of having impact and influence without direct authority.
o Ideally have previous opportunity management experience in partnering with Commercial teams to utilize CRM system to identify opportunities and convert into customer sales.
o Strong knowledge of European animal health regulations, market dynamics, and cultural factors.
o Proficiency in English and at least one other European language (such as French, German, Spanish, or Italian).
o Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating in matrixed organizations.
o Willingness to travel across Europe as required (up to 30%).
