Assistool, founded in 2017, is a Belgian company specializing in the development and marketing of comprehensive digital solutions in the form of web applications (SaaS). Our mission is to facilitate the administrative management of therapists, especially speech therapists, for whom we have become a key reference in French-speaking Belgium.
Our headquarters are located in Graty, and we plan to move to our new offices at La Lanterne Business Center in Enghien by June 2025.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer to assist Julien, our Lead Developer and co-founder, in his daily tasks and operations.
Our remote and flexible work environment requires autonomy, a sense of responsibility, and proactivity. You will be at the heart of developing innovative solutions in various situations, working solo or in a team, mostly in the office but sometimes from home, not only for Assistool but also for satellite projects. We do not have rigid roles or 'bullshit' work: you touch everything, think, propose, create.

We prioritize functional prototypes over endless specifications, pair programming over numerous email exchanges, and scalable architecture over trendy but obsolete technology.
* Development and maintenance of the Assistool administrative management tool.
* Development of various brochure and promotional websites in collaboration with our partners.
* Close collaboration with the development team to plan, design, and deploy new projects.
* Code updates, quality, security, and overall performance improvements.
* Providing technical support via videoconference and resolving online support tickets.
* Participation in establishing new internal management procedures to improve work environment efficiency.
???? Your skills
* Proven experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer, with at least 2 years of experience.
* Mastery of Front-End development, including HTML & CSS and responsive implementations.
* Knowledge of Nuxt and Symfony frameworks is highly appreciated.
* Ability to manage versioning with Git, use GitLab for continuous integration, and work in a Linux/Debian environment.
* Experience with PostgreSQL, Tailwind CSS, Vue 3, React Native, CapacitorJS is a plus.
* Ability to work responsibly and autonomously in a fast-paced deployment environment.
* Creative and effective problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Strong understanding of English is important for analyzing technical documentation.
* A permanent contract (CDI) for a full-time (38h/week) schedule, Monday to Friday.
* Flexible hours with fixed but adaptable schedules based on your habits and needs.
* An attractive salary ranging from €35k to €45k gross annually, to be defined based on your experience, skills, and career ambitions.
