Epic Owner Senior (dutch and english)As a senior Epic Owner, you have over 5 years of experience in guiding the epic under the Agile methodology :- You guide the epic through the portfolio kanban; - You are effective by collaborating with other roles, Agile Release Trains and teams; During Preparationof the Epic- You work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define the epic; - You work with development teams to size the epic and provide input for prioritization; - You create the Lean business case and other relevant factors.During Implementation of the Epic- You define a roadmap: who, when, dependencies, deadlines, milestones...; - You ask commitment from Agile Release Trains involved; - You work collaboratively with Product Managers & System Architects from Agile Release Trains to split the epic into features; - You help prioritize these backlog items in their respective ART backlogs; - You participate in theProgram Increment (PI) Planning and System Demo; - You evaluate thedelivered features against the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and epic business case at the end of every PI; - You decide or ask decision on the continuation of the implementation of the epic at the end of every PI; - You understand and report on the progress of the epic’s Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with key stakeholders and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) through KPI's and leading indicators.The Epic Owner drives alignment between business and IT/security teams on protocols for managing business impact from security patching under strict SLAs, including increased patching frequency and emergency rules of engagement.As a second focus area, the Epic Owner uses the outcomes and lessons learned from high-volume patching and vulnerability remediation table-tops or fire-drills — executed by the relevant operational teams — to define high-level action plans.
