We are seeking a Business Analyst - technical product analyst - lab informatics, for a leading global healthcare organization.

Within their Corporate Business Technology (Cbt) division, a team of strategic and pragmatic problem-solvers drives innovation by aligning business objectives with cutting-edge technology solutions. This role resides within the Labs function of the Quality Compliance and Sustainability (Qcs) Cbt group.
The Business Analyst - Technical Product Analyst (Tpa) will be instrumental in the selection and implementation of new, innovative technologies within the laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities
product evaluation and selection:
Conduct scoping studies to clearly define expected business outcomes
Develop comprehensive business cases for selected products, including well-defined problem statements, proposed solutions, cost-benefit analyses, ROI projections, and risk assessments
Thoroughly understand user needs and translate them into specific product capabilities
Perform gap-fit analyses to assess product capabilities against requirements
Create detailed use cases, write and refine user stories, develop clear visualizations, and MAP process flows
Define and establish objective criteria for product selection
Ensure alignment of product selection assessments with the client's IT architecture
Develop product and financial roadmaps in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders
Secure leadership approval for product selections and business cases
product introduction:
Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new products
Act as the designated asset owner within the asset management system
Guide the completion of all necessary SDLC product requirements
Serve as the primary IT point of contact for business stakeholders

Proper setup and configuration of the Asset Manager

Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated experience within laboratory environments and Lab Informatics
Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong experience in gathering and translating business requirements into tangible product capabilities
Experience within the Healthcare industry is considered a significant advantage. o Familiarity with Quality or Risk Management functions is preferred but not mandatory
Solid understanding of business processes and a general comprehension of high-quality digital product delivery methodologies
Knowledge of industry best practices for developing robust business cases
Proven ability to manage multiple products and collaborate effectively with diverse partner teams
Capacity to work efficiently across different time zones
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of cooperative and collaborative teamwork
