What does your job look like as a Compliance Expert?
More specifically, we are looking for an experienced, customeroriented Compliance Expert who proactively advises on regulatory developments and rigorously monitors and reports on compliance with internal and external rules.
Your focus will be on compliance with regulations related to distribution and integrity, and you will report to the Manager Operational Risk & Compliance.

What impact will you have as a Compliance Expert?
As a Compliance Expert, you will monitor developments in both internal and external regulations. Your role is to advise management and employees. You will act as an independent partner who can translate applicable regulations into clear and concrete obligations.
• You ensure adequate awareness of regulations and related obligations within the organisation.
• You structurally follow up on compliance with these rules and report your findings to management.
• You also maintain contacts with the specialised Compliance departments of the NN Insurance Group.
This is how you fit perfectly into our team?
A Master's degree (Economics/Law) or equivalent experience, combined with a solid understanding of life insurance regulations and IDD (Insurance Distribution Directive). Product Oversight & Governance (POG) will already take you a long way in this role.
Additionally, we are looking for a colleague with an excellent command of French, Dutch, and English.
