This role is based in Belgium and works closely with local and international stakeholders.
Internally, the TC collaborates on solution design to ensure efficiency, adherence to best practices, and the future‑proof use of Zeta’s products.
The TC owns solution delivery end‑to‑end, including configuration, quality assurance testing, and technical consultation, working closely with clients and partners to ensure successful UAT and project go‑live.

What You’ll Do
Understand customer business and technical requirements and deliver comprehensive, scalable solutions
Lead or contribute to consultative engagements addressing technical and business challenges related to digital marketing initiatives
Participate in design workshops and business requirements definition, through to solution sign‑off
Provide expert input into solution design, identifying delivery impacts and recommending improvements for scalability and long‑term support
Act as the product expert, understanding capabilities and limitations, and ensuring solutions follow technical best practices
Deliver technical consultation, solution configuration, quality assurance testing, and ongoing client/partner support
Configure, build, and set up the Zeta platform
Interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and project support
Contribute to the creation, management, and presentation of actionable BRDs/SSDs (Blueprints) that align customer business needs with Zeta solutions
Work autonomously on smaller or well‑defined projects, while collaborating closely with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and other technical experts on larger or more complex engagements
Lead internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives to support the growth and success of Zeta
Identify project risks and issues, proposing alternatives and mitigation strategies
Manage multiple concurrent engagements while collaborating with cross‑functional team members
Deliver new implementations, migrations, and enhancement projects
Support Account Executives and Go‑To‑Market teams by validating solutions and contributing to effort estimations
Continuously research emerging technologies, market solutions, and industry trends to stay up to date and bring relevant insights into solution design when needed
Be on‑site with the client in Brussels up to two days per week to support discovery, delivery, and stakeholder alignment
Travel to client or partner sites for onsite discovery and solution presentations as required
What We’re Looking For
University degree (Business, Computer Information Systems, or similar degree preferred) or equivalent experience with demonstrated proficiency
3+ years of experience in a technical role
Native French speaker with professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong plus
Based in Belgium and eligible to work in Belgium
Strong presentation and verbal communication skills with technical, non‑technical, end‑user, and executive audiences
Experience developing SQL using RDBMS platforms such as MySQL, Oracle, or MS SQL Server
Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs, XML/XSL, and integration techniques
Ability to collaborate effectively with local and remote teams across multiple time zones
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, take ownership of technical topics, and adapt quickly to different ways of working depending on project size and complexity
Experience in the digital marketing and/or loyalty industries is strongly preferred
