Overall Mission:
As a Client Advisor at our customer service center, you will be an ambassador for the brand and ensure that every customer is treated according to our promise. You will strive to discover your customers and their every need, guiding them through the brand. You will proactively reach out to your customers to achieve individual and team goals.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Welcome each customer and provide the best customer experience
2. Responsible for answering all incoming client contacts via multiple channels: phone, email, and social media
3. Advise customers across the brand and all product categories
4. Collaborate with customers to develop long-term relationships, utilizing various client tools to promote brand loyalty
5. Ensure you maximize every sales opportunity while working towards the goals set by the brand
6. Perform as a team player, participating in all activities contributing to the overall goals of Customer Service
7. Learn and master brand and product knowledge
8. Follow company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
9. Fluent in Swedish and Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
10. Strong familiarity with IT tools
11. Strong interpersonal skills
12. Experience in luxury retail / hospitality industry – strong passion for the luxury world
