As the Cyber Security Architect, you will be a technical leader interfacing between cyber security and network engineering teams. You will develop and maintain standards for cyber security across customer infrastructure (on-premises or cloud). You will evaluate security of new initiatives, identify risks in the existing architecture, and propose cyber security control improvements. You will assist with prioritization and implementation of corrective actions to improve cyber security controls and design solutions to address complex technical challenges in compliance with stakeholder regulations, policies, and processes. We are also seeking roles in Digital Identity, Azure Security, Cloud Security and related areas with a focus on practical hands-on delivery and architecture. Who will you work with?
You will be part of the Cyber Trust team with more than 50 people in Belgium, exchanging insights to ensure a secure IT environment protecting business goals. You will work with the client’s business and technical employees to capture, discuss and verify cyber risks. Work is flexible (on-site, at Devoteam in Zaventem, or remote). Application Developer/Architect – Microsoft Power Platform Design, build, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven); explore Co-Pilot enhancements for user experiences. Develop automated workflows with Power Automate to improve efficiency. Create reports and dashboards with Power BI; connect to data sources. Extend Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, Teams) with secure access via Microsoft Entra ID; design integrations with third-party systems. Ensure data governance through Microsoft Purview; maintain technical documentation with security considerations. Stay up-to-date with Power Platform, Entra, Purview, Co-Pilot, and related Azure services. Digital Identity Consultant Help clients design, implement, and manage robust digital identity solutions; expert in Identity and Access Management (IAM); advise on secure, user-friendly identity management and regulatory compliance. We seek candidates who will contribute to our Cyber Security strategy in the design, implementation, and operations of Cloud Security with a focus on Azure. As an Azure Security Engineer, you should be hands-on with security controls, threat protection, identity and access management, and security policies using Azure technologies. You will join a larger team dedicated to delivering a flexible, reliable cloud platform, collaborating with product owners and cloud architects. Project and Team Context
The following descriptions cover ongoing projects and team structures across our Belgium offices, including: Security services in cloud-based programs based on predefined architectures; security posture management; vulnerability remediation; threat modelling; incident response escalations. Implementation of security controls, policies, data access management, and threat monitoring for data, apps, containers, infrastructure, and networks. Use of cloud-native tools (Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel) and defense-in-depth security practices. Collaboration with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to capture requirements, ensure compliance with data governance, and maintain documentation. Other areas include roles in Cloud Security, Platform Architecture, ServiceNow-focused engagements, Google Cloud projects, and Databricks Data Engineering, each with aligned responsibilities such as architecture design, governance, and client-facing leadership. Google Cloud Project Manager / Platform Architect Deliver cloud projects; lead stakeholders and teams to meet deadlines and client expectations; build strong client relationships. Guide ServiceNow-based transformations; act as a mentor and coach for teams. Establish a comprehensive architecture and implementation strategy; standardize platform management; manage platform governance and risk. Lead sales opportunities, draft SOWs, and develop executive-level client relationships. Databricks Data Engineer Design, build, and deploy data pipelines on Databricks; ingest from diverse sources; optimize performance. Leverage Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, and Workflows; integrate with cloud storage services. Design data models and governance; ensure data quality and reliability; collaborate with data scientists and BI teams. Stay current with Databricks and cloud trends. Senior Azure Cloud-Native Developer/Architect Architect and build cloud-native solutions on Azure; develop microservices, serverless functions (Azure Functions), and containerized apps (AKS/ACI). Define DevOps practices with CI/CD (Azure DevOps), infrastructure as code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), and automated testing. Provide technical leadership and security/compliance adherence; optimize performance and reliability; conduct PoCs and evaluate Azure services.
