Ideal Candidates Will Possess Profound knowledge of computational biology
A master's degree in informatics, computational biology, bio-engineering or a related field, with a preference for a PhD.
Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the CTO and internal architects to design and develop our next-generation tool.
Communicate project progress, updates, and potential risks in a clear and timely manner
Participate in both internal R&D and client projects, utilising your unique talents, knowledge, skills, and preferences to contribute to the company's success while maintaining a strong customer-centric focus
Provide support and mentorship to colleagues to contribute to everyone's ongoing growth in performance and efficiency
Required Biological Skills Experience with single-cell technologies and data processing
Solid understanding of molecular biology, genomics, and transcriptomics
Experience with bioinformatics databases, resources, and data formats
Familiarity with data integration and multimodal omics analyses
Required IT Technical Skills Strong expertise in the Snakemake workflow management system
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python, R)
Good knowledge of Linux-based operating systems, libraries, and tools
Understanding of software build automation (e.g., Make)
Nice-to-Have Skills Workflow management system Nextflow
High-performance computing environments
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
Proficiency in programming languages Scala and/or Rust
