Roles & Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact during customer onboarding.
* Collaborate with IT and Operations to analyze processes and technical requirements for onboarding new customer portfolios.
* Organize and monitor daily data exchanges with external clients and service providers.
* Ensure correct integration and follow-up of financial flows related to customer files.
* Coordinate operational and technology-driven improvement projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.
Skills
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel.
* Assets (preferred): SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Camunda.
