Language: FR & EN (can you confirm) : I believe EN might be enough, although any FR or NL would greatly help
The mission requires: - Knowledge of Microsoft Azure Portal and its services
- SQL queries writing and reading skills are mandatory
- Basic functional knowledge on Confirmations, Invoicing, Regulatory reporting domains
The main activities are:
• Provide application support in a timely manner and stay proactive to propose solution to reduce support. Investigate production issues (missing or wrong accounting entries, missing or wrong payment forecasts, unexplained discrepancies between accounting and economic valuation…)
• Deliver analysis on corrective and evolutive requests in a short delivery cycle (3 weeks sprint)
• Perform quality assurance/tests of items to deliver to production
• Manage ongoing support requests
• Work in close collaboration with business users and developers to deliver enhancement and maintenance requests in line with requirements
• Create and maintain a partnership with users, lead interviews with business users to study and analyse their business needs
• Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy and risks. Provide significant contributions in the testing of applications and coordinate UAT.
• Create training materials and documentation for users and train new end users on related applications
