Your Role at a Glance
You will be in charge of organizing and progressing all meetings & group reservations for NH Grand Place Arenberg & NH Carrefour de L'Europe. An important aspect of the position is maximizing revenue through up-selling and cross-selling. Of course, you have strong communication skills, which means that our customers continue to book with you with great pleasure and confidence, partly due to your organizational talent.
* Handling group reservations.
* Site inspections.
* Drafting and sending revised confirmations, contracts, and pro forma invoices supplemented with the necessary appendices and documentation.
* Entering all details into the reservation system.
* Making deviating agreements in consultation with your direct supervisor, for example, discounts and deviating conditions.
* Monitoring the progress of the reservation, whereby you create and maintain a file.
* In addition, you ensure good cooperation both internally and with our customers.
