Als Medewerker Afdelingsadministratie ondersteun je de dagelijkse werking van onze afdeling in Dendermonde. Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging van het magazijn, bestellingen, keuringen en onderhoudsplanning. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid en organisatorisch talent blijven onze processen gestructureerd, efficiënt en betrouwbaar. Je werkt vanuit onze vestiging in Dendermonde en ondersteunt collega's over verschillende afdelingen heen.
Some of your duties include:
* Bestellen van materialen en mee opvolgen van de stock.
* Administratieve verwerking in onze interne systemen.
* Opvolgen van planningen voor keuringen van voertuigen en machines.
* Inplannen en afstemmen van onderhoud met de verantwoordelijken.
* Administratieve ondersteuning bieden aan collega's wanneer nodig.
* Zorgen voor een ordelijke, overzichtelijke en correcte administratie.
* Meedenken over werkbare oplossingen en optimalisaties.
Your profile
* Je hebt een Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
* Minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige administratieve functie binnen de aannemerswereld.
* Je werkt nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en zelfstandig.
* Je kan overzicht bewaren en helder rapporteren.
* Language knowledge: Dutch vereist; French is a plus.
