Service Delivery Manager
Job Description
As a Service Delivery Manager within Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS), you are responsible for the customer as an "entrepreneur". You put the customer first and are Capgemini's face towards the customer. This means that the agreed services are delivered in accordance with agreements made and at the agreed costs.
You aim to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction by fulfilling the agreements and offering innovative and cost-efficient solutions. You are also responsible for realizing growth and for meeting the set turnover and margin targets of your customer contracts. This is a mediator position.
Activities include:
* Acting as a contract partner on behalf of Capgemini and building and maintaining successful relationships with your customers, including both IT and business stakeholders.
* Participating in various business processes, organizational, and strategic developments to grow the customer's market share by providing new services or improving existing ones through innovative proposals.
* Ensuring the delivery organization meets SLA and cost agreements through functional management.
* Participating actively in bid processes for new contracts.
Skills & Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience managing outsourcing contracts.
* Strong commercial drive with the ability to create opportunities and generate new business.
* Ability to build trust and develop relationships at all levels with customers.
* Hands-on mentality and ownership.
* Experience with IT solutions and SLAs.
* Self-starter, diplomatic, committed, empathetic, and a team player.
* Desire to develop further professionally.
* Excellent command of Dutch/French and English.
