Job Description
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Contracting Specialist. This hybrid position will be located in São Paulo, Brazil. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, DePuy Synthes. The separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements and approvals. Upon completion, the employee will be employed by DePuy Synthes.
Experienced Analyst, Contract Administration and Management. Established and productive individual contributor who works under moderate supervision. Executes contract administration processes utilizing contract management systems and analyzes research to develop a strong understanding of contract management systems and software.
* Reviews data in the contract management system to drive efficient and effective customer and contract management.
* Administers and leads contract management processes and identifies process improvements and optimizations.
* Implements basic pre-sale and post-signature contract support processes including fulfilling due diligence requests, processing modifications, close‑out tasks, communicating with contracted parties and answering inquiries.
* Communicates with business unit, project team, and relevant cross‑functional personnel to ensure the compliance and fulfillment of contracted terms.
* Drives research and analytics to support the offer development process leveraging product knowledge, business acumen, trends, and insights.
* Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
* Understands and applies Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day‑to‑day interactions with the team.
Requirements
* English and Portuguese proficiency.
* Up to 10% travel.
