Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as the Regional Head of Sales for Benelux. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of account managers and inside sales account managers in shaping the local sales strategy to align with our overarching goals in process solutions.
Your leadership will be crucial in driving the sales performance of your team, including a sales supervisor, to meet and exceed sales targets. You will actively coach and develop your direct reports, enhancing their skills in sales, forecasting, and business management.
This role requires a strategic mindset, as you will be responsible for creating effective business plans tailored to various market segments and product lines. You will play a key role in establishing and nurturing strategic relationships within the life science industry, particularly in the (Bio)Pharma Market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of account managers and inside sales account managers
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Coach and develop direct reports to enhance their skills and performance
* Nurture strategic relationships within the life science industry
Requirements:
* Master's degree or PhD in chemistry, biological sciences, or any life science-related field
* Over 5 years of leadership experience as a regional head of sales
* More than 10 years of direct experience in sales management within the life science sector, ideally in the Benelux region
* Strong commercial capabilities with a customer-centric mindset
* Excellent strategic thinking and integrated approach to business challenges
