What do we have in store for you?
* Strategic & Operational Impact: As an HR Business Partner, you actively contribute to the HR policy, with a specific focus on our Warehouse and Production activities.
* Trusted Advisor: You are the primary point of contact and business partner for both managers and employees. You support the HR policy within your business units and provide solutions to diverse HR challenges. You are a "down-to-earth" advisor who doesn't just design plans but actually implements them on the shop floor.
* Full Employee Lifecycle: You manage the entire process from inflow (A-Z recruitment) to throughput (performance and development). You maintain frequent contact with recruitment partners and staffing agencies for planning and follow-up, building strong, long-term partnerships.
* Future-Proofing: Together with the HR team, you take the initiative to guide the organization, teams, and employees through future challenges. In consultation with management, you launch tailored projects regarding performance and talent management.
* Innovation in HR: Innovation is in our DNA. Within HR, we offer a palette of solutions tailored to the organization and our talents. We don't deliver standard solutions; we provide custom work and lead the way in new HR initiatives. You will act as a coordinator or participant in various HR projects.
We are curious about WHO you are
* Experience: You hold a Master's degree and have built a solid "backpack" of HR experience, including at least 5 years in a broad HR role.
* Mindset: You have a practical, "down-to-earth" attitude.
* Expertise: You keep your HR knowledge up-to-date and follow the latest trends and developments. You can think along with the business at both a conceptual and strategic level.
* Communication: You connect easily with others and can seamlessly adapt your communication style to various stakeholders.
* Analytical & Assertive: You are analytically strong and capable of taking clear positions. Finding the balance between customer-oriented thinking and constructive challenging is second nature to you.
* Languages: In our international context, you communicate fluently in different languages (primarily Dutch and English).
