Then we are looking for you!Your role as Sales & Marketing ManagerAs Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue from existing customers and expanding our market position. You will develop and implement strategies to make PATRICK thrive in the following three segments:B2C (direct sales to consumers)Dealers (sports stores and retail partners)Clubs (sports associations and teams)Your Responsibilities1. Expansion of B2C Activities in EuropeDevelop and implement an effective B2C strategy.Oversee operational execution.Manage promotional teams: HR, planning, and promotional activities.Develop marketing campaigns and implement promotional strategies.Collaborate with clubs to market PATRICK through their channels.Evaluate sales objectives and make necessary adjustments.2. Strengthening Dealer Business and In-Store SalesDevelop and implement a strategy for in-store promotion of PATRICK.Collaborate with dealers to create a strong sales strategy.Develop growth plans and provide sales tools.3. Upselling to Sports ClubsAnalyze purchasing patterns and identify new product opportunities.Create personalized promotions for clubs.Guide the internal sales team in upselling.Set and track upselling objectives.4. Development of the CatalogLead the graphic design team and oversee the creative process.Coordinate photoshoots and marketing materials.5.
