Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager, based in Hong Kong SAR with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves coordinating project schedules, managing key project milestones, liaising with team members and stakeholders, preparing project documentation, and ensuring tasks are completed on time. You will assist in tracking project progress and providing status updates while maintaining clear and professional communication with teams and clients. Supporting the project manager in handling administrative tasks may also be required.
Qualifications
Project management skills, including scheduling, planning, and milestone tracking
Strong communication and collaboration skills for stakeholder and team engagement
Organization and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in tools and software such as Microsoft Office, project management tools, and basic BIM software knowledge
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements
Knowledge or experience in the BIM or construction industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is an advantage
