The client's department is responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructures and DevOps workflows that are both secure and efficient. Its mission is to enable continuous delivery, improve system reliability, and support development teams in delivering high-quality applications smoothly and consistently.
The Cloud & DevOps Engineer plays a central role in maintaining automated, scalable, and stable cloud environments, along with CI/CD pipelines. Responsibilities include implementing and managing infrastructure as code, refining deployment processes, and ensuring adherence to security and operational standards. The engineer also contributes significantly to the organization's broader digital transformation and cloud initiatives.
Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain detailed documentation of cloud infrastructure, operational procedures, and standards.
* Design, deploy, and manage cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
* Monitor and troubleshoot both infrastructure and application performance, leveraging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stack.
* Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of all systems across environments.
* Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, building, and deployment workflows.
* Implement containerization and orchestration solutions, including Docker and Kubernetes.
* Work closely with development teams to embed DevOps practices and support microservices-based architectures.
* Continuously update knowledge of emerging cloud technologies, DevOps methodologies, and security best practices.
