Join us as a Cyber Sales Executive.

Being a sales role, the person can be based anywhere in Belgium, but must have the possibility when needed to be present at our Cybersecurity Center of Excellence in Transinne, a village in the Belgian municipality of Libin.


You will be responsible for successfully bringing in sales and new customer for our Cyber Academy program and SOC (Security Operations Center) services. This is a front-line sales role for someone who thrives on building new relationships, closing deals, and shaping tailored cybersecurity solutions for both private and public sector clients.


Tasks and Activities

The scope of work will include:

* Driving New Business with prospect, pitch, and closing deals with new customers across B2B and B2G markets.
* Expand Existing Accounts by farming current client relationships to uncover additional needs and cross-sell services.
* Positioning and selling our Cyber Academy training and SOC services as must-have solutions for clients.
* Understanding client challenges, shaping proposals around their needs, and guiding them toward value-driven security solutions.
* Working closely with the Bid Management team to craft compelling proposals and strategic responses to tenders.
* Coordinating with our operations team to ensure smooth onboarding, delivery and long-term customer success.


Skills and Experience

The following skills and experience are mandatory:

* University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
* Background in cybersecurity or IT services is a must — you understand the language and urgency of cyber threats.
* Experience selling to both B2B and B2G clients (public sector and enterprise environments).
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
* A hunter with the ability to make new connections and resilient enough to support the growth of the company.
* Desire to work both autonomously and as part of a team, in an international multicultural environment.
* Solution oriented mindset, with a customer focused communication skill.
* Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken. Dutch will be an asset.
