For our client Vulkoprin, a Belgian family-owned company active in the production of wheels and technical molded components, we are looking for a Production Manager. As a Production Manager: You are responsible for the departments assigned to you, the polyurethane casting unit and surface treatment activities. You work closely with your shift supervisors, lead your team members, and act as a coach to support their further development. You ensure optimal communication between production, the Production Director, and the COO. You ensure the achievement of the predefined targets in terms of quality, safety, volumes, and efficiency. You intervene in case of deviations, optimize the progress of the production process, and adjust the planning where necessary. You analyze and report on production figures and define corresponding action plans. You initiate and actively contribute to improvement and development projects. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as maintenance, quality, supply, and others. You report directly to the Production Director. You hold a master's degree in Chemistry or Electromechanics, or you have equivalent experience. You are a strong communicator and a pragmatic people manager. You are stress‑resistant and able to cope with change. You are analytical and solution‑oriented. You are results‑driven. You have knowledge of 5S and lean principles.
