Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit German-speaking Technical Support Advisors for an on-site role in Barcelona.

You will support dealers and end users, delivering high-quality technical assistance while contributing to a positive and professional customer experience.
Your Role
* Act as the first point of contact for dealers and end users via phone and email
* Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, accurate solutions
* Educate customers on product usage, updates, and best practices
* Create, manage, and follow up on support tickets to ensure resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams to handle complex or escalated cases
* Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in internal systems
* Ensure service quality, professionalism, and adherence to support procedures
Your Qualifications
* Fluent or bilingual German (C1/C2) with advanced English
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
* Strong communication and active listening skills
* Ability to take ownership of cases and drive them to resolution
* Comfortable working in a customer-facing, problem-solving environment
* Organized, detail-oriented, and confident using support tools and systems
* Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
The Offer
* Full-time permanent contract (39 hours/week)
* Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
