I am seeking a Senior Test Coordinator to join a leading organization that is undergoing a significant digital transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end testing across multiple teams, ensuring quality in complex, business-critical initiatives.

**What You’ll Do:**
- Define and drive test strategy and planning.
- Coordinate testing across multiple teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and quality.
- Act as the go-to person for end-to-end testing.
**What You Bring:**
- 5+ years of experience in Test Coordination.
- Experience in complex, multi-team environments.
- Strong knowledge of test strategy and QA.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 required).
