About Real Estate Experts BV
Real Estate Experts is a young and dynamic company specialising in offering services associated with the sale or rental of real estate. We do this by starting from the interests of our customer with an offer based on broad expertise.
We carry out EPC inspections, as well as inspections and regularisations of electrical installations and fuel oil tanks. We also provide site descriptions, real estate photography, (dis)assembly of real estate signs and delivery of asbestos certificates.
At Real Estate Experts, we work with a young and ambitious team. Due to our strong growth, we are looking for an additional planner.
Your challenge as a planner
Do you like talking on the phone, are you geographically strong and fluent in French? Then the vacancy of planner at Real Estate Experts might be for you.
Together with your fellow planners, you make the planning every morning on the basis of incoming orders from our customers. You help to ensure that this planning is made concrete by making appointments with our customers over the phone.
You are responsible for planning in the Flemish Brabant and Brussels regions. You can therefore speak fluently to our customers in both Dutch and French.
In many cases, you are the first contact our customer has with us. It is therefore important to us that you work with a smile on your face and clearly show your enthusiasm to everyone you work with.
Your strengths
* The phone is your natural extension.
* You communicate fluently, positively and clearly both orally and in writing.
* You are computer literate, work accurately and have orderly working methods.
* You are fluent in Dutch and French
* You are a "hands on problem solver" and respond flexibly to changing situations.
* Enthusiasm and commitment take precedence over a degree.
* Relevant experience is a plus.
