We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Manager, with expertise in Testing, Application and End-User Support, to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
This position requires a maximum of 5 days per month at client offices. However, teleworking must take place within 2 hours of Brussels.
Key responsibilities
* Build and manage relationships with stakeholders to drive the adoption of digital tools.
* Develop stakeholder MAPS to understand the ecosystem and target user groups.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor adoption metrics and stakeholder engagement.
* Resolve stakeholder issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Guide stakeholders through their digital adoption journey, aligning communication strategies with user needs.
* Define and enforce engagement and communication plans aligned with project goals.
* Identify and analyze customer segments, including those facing specific product challenges.
* Collaborate with development teams to ensure end-user support and application usability.
* Translate communication objectives into actionable strategies and oversee their execution.
* Prepare and deliver structured documentation, presentations, and status reports.
* Provide regular updates and reports to project leaders and management structures.
Required qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communications, Information Systems, or a related field (Eqf Level 6).
* Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in customer relationship management practices and tools.
* 5+ years of experience building stakeholder MAPS and creating adoption dashboards.
* 5+ years of experience in customer analysis and segmentation.
* 15+ years of experience using Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office tools (especially PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with IT systems, application testing, and end-user support environments is an advantage.

* Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issues.
* Clear and concise writing and reporting skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Capacity to manage workload, meet deadlines, and maintain composure under pressure.
* Strong presentation and visual communication skills (dashboards, stakeholder MAPS, reports).
* Capability to manage communication and engagement strategies from awareness to adoption.
Desirable attributes:
* Experience working within international or EU institutions.
* Fluency in both English (C1) and French (C1) is highly desirable.
* Proven ability to work in multilingual, multicultural teams and contribute to large-scale projects.
* Knowledge of digital health and food safety initiatives is a plus.
