Role Overview
We are seeking an International Senior Product Manager to actively participate in the strategic development and global management of our medical nutrition portfolio. This role will be responsible for implementing global marketing strategies, supporting distributors, and ensuring strong alignment between global vision and regional execution.
You will be a key figure in the company's growth, participating in the international marketing strategy and working closely with our international distributors, as well as with LGF commercial and technical departments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product
* Manage the global product portfolio and contribute to the development of a strong and sustainable product pipeline
* Lead full product lifecycle management, from strategy to execution, across the global portfolio
* Define and develop scientific and marketing propositions, ensuring strong and differentiated product positioning
1. Marketing planning & execution
* Develop local marketing plans in close collaboration with international distributors,
* Translate scientific insights into clear, impactful marketing strategies and materials.
1. Distributor support and coordination
* Support international distributors in implementing marketing plans and activities in their local markets.
* Provide guidance and support on product portfolio management, product launches, and market development.
* Ensure consistency of messaging and positioning across different markets.
* Act as a key contact for distributors, addressing needs and supporting execution
1. Market insights
* Gather and analyze feedback from distributors and markets to identify needs and support decision-making.
* Track market trends, competitor activity, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support planning and continuous improvement.
* Stay up to date with scientific developments, key congresses, and industry trends in medical nutrition
1. Cross-functional & operational support
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Technical, and Supply Chain internal teams.
* Manage budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing resources.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nutrition, Pharmacy or related field (MBA is a plus).
* 2-3 years of experience in product management within medical nutrition, pharmaceuticals, supplements or infant nutrition.
* Solid scientific background with a marketing and commercial mindset, with the ability to translate scientific knowledge into business and market insights.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to influence and communicate with impact
* Demonstrated leadership and project coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
* Proactive mindset with strong initiative and the ability to connect ideas and topics to generate meaningful insights and conclusions.
* Experience in international or global marketing roles will be a plus.
