What you’ll do as a Senior Wind Engineer?
Resolve complex technical issues independently to boost fleet performance and reliability.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance strategies using CMS, oil analysis, and SCADA diagnostics.
Own technical improvement projects from concept to implementation.
Coordinate on-site interventions with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and communication.
Monitor SCADA systems and communication networks, identifying trends and driving enhancements.
Act as technical lead for inspection and repair campaigns across blades, drivetrains, and electrical systems.
What you'll bring?
A university degree in Civil or Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in reliability, performance, or maintenance engineering in wind, BESS, or large-scale renewables.
Experience in high voltage.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and deliver measurable improvements.
Strong expertise in SCADA systems, communication protocols, and diagnostic tools.
Fluency in French or Dutch and excellent knowledge of English.
