We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Partner to help bridge business needs and technical solutions in a complex, multinational environment. In this role, you will analyze and structure requirements, translate them into clear technical specifications, and contribute to the design and continuous improvement of applications and processes. You will act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring alignment, quality, and end-to-end ownership throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities
Analysis & Documentation
Gather, analyze, document and structure business requirements.
Translate business and functional needs into clear technical specifications.
Develop business cases, requirement documents, use cases, and process flows.
Challenge requirements constructively to ensure feasibility, value, and alignment with IT and business strategy.
Design & Continuous Improvement
Collaborate closely with development, architecture teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business needs.
Conduct gap analyses and proactively recommend enhancements for systems and processes.
Perform feasibility, impact and risk assessments for proposed solutions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications, processes, and ways of working.
Quality Assurance
Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet defined requirements.
Support business stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Ensure traceability between requirements, implementation, and delivered value.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment.
Facilitate workshops, refinement sessions, and alignment meetings with business and IT.
Coordinate dependencies and ensure smooth collaboration across teams and domains.
Communicate clearly on scope, impacts, risks, and progress.
Profile
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Project Manager in the application development context.
Proven experience working in complex multinational IT environments with multiple stakeholders.
Technical Skills
Experience with modern IT technologies - AWS, Azure, API-based integrations, Apache NIFI/KAFKA.
Experience with MS365 tools, Power BI Cloud, Power Apps platform, Power Automate.
Experience with AI Data Analytics, BI and Business Analytics.
Understanding of AI use cases, limitations, and governance aspects (data quality, ethics, security, compliance) from a business and functional perspective.
Soft Skills
Proficiency in English and at least Dutch or French.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of end‑to‑end ownership.
