1. Provide user support on demand. Work with users to address system problems with adequate solutions and interface with the various departments to deal with cross-functional issues.
2. Ensure the day-to-day operation of the SAP system. In case of problems, liaise with the users to address the issues as quickly as possible.
3. Organize SAP training and develop training on various modules.
4. Develop and provide formalized SAP training (manuals and presentations) on the most critical functions of the various modules.
5. Participate in weekly SAP meetings, global SAP projects (e.g. upgrades).
6. Participate in projects to develop and improve the system.
7. Follow-up on user requests to improve the functionality of the system.
8. Develop, test, and present potential solutions and review and discuss with the US to evaluate the validity of the proposed solutions.
9. Develop Functional specification for the solution proposed.
10. Master or bachelor's degree in information technology.
11. At least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar type of position.
12. Have a knowledge in one of the following SAP modules: SD, MM,PP,PM, WM, FI, CO.
13. ABAP is a plus.
14. Able to work independently.
