Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Web / CMS Consultant to continue developing interactions with our customers throughout their Customer Journey Map, ensuring to increase their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.


Core Responsibilities


* Portal Administration: Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the HCP web portal via Content Management Systems
* Design Implementation: Convert Figma wireframes and high-fidelity mockups into fully responsive, high-performing web pages that align with brand identity.
* Information Architecture & Governance: Direct the site’s structural design and web compliance policies to ensure seamless navigation and adherence to corporate standards.
* UX Collaboration: Partner with UI/UX teams to refine the digital journey, prioritizing web accessibility, ease of use, and visitor retention.
* Performance Optimization: Execute and track SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and A/B testing initiatives to enhance portal efficiency.
* Data Intelligence: Leverage Google Analytics and Looker Studio to transform raw data into actionable insights for executive reporting.
* Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between the Customer Experience department and internal business units, balancing and prioritizing diverse project requirements.
* Project Oversight: Utilize project management frameworks and tools to ensure the punctual delivery of complex digital tasks.
* MarTech Integration: Support the digital ecosystem by aligning web efforts with Marketing Automation, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and CRM workflows.


Required Qualifications and Skills


* Professional Background: 3+ years of CMS management experience (preferably WordPress VIP) in B2B sectors
* Background in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a significant advantage.
* Frontend Expertise: High technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (DOM manipulation). Familiarity with PHP and MySQL back-end structures is preferred.
* Design & Logic: Proven track record in graphic design principles, information hierarchy, and web governance models.
* Precision Execution: Demonstrated talent for translating Figma designs into "pixel-perfect" WordPress environments.
* Advanced Analytics: Expertise in utilizing the Google stack and Looker Studio for sophisticated data interpretation and performance mapping.
* Growth Marketing: Solid grasp of search engine best practices, user journey mapping, and conversion-driven testing.
* Communication & Strategy: A strategic thinker capable of managing partner expectations and fostering cross-functional synergy.
* Workflow Coordination: Highly organized with the ability to navigate tight deadlines and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously (experience with Monday.com is a plus).
