How will you contribute to SteelcoBelimed?
As an ICT professional within our organization, you will work in a dynamic and socially relevant environment in the medical sector. You’ll be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex issues, diving deep into technical details. Thanks to your analytical skills, you can quickly identify the root of a problem and provide structural solutions.
You’ll serve as a point of contact for both users and technical teams, bridging the gap between these two worlds. With your proactive attitude and natural enthusiasm, you contribute to smooth collaboration and a reliable ICT environment.
Responsibility:
1. Project execution of SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions on customer site (planning, implementation and handover)
2. Coordinate and solve technical support cases in a customer-oriented manner according to service escalation levels local and cross border
3. Coordinate maintenance and software updates activities with relevant stakeholders according to SLA
4. Assist in SLA creation, tender and offering process with local service organization and Regional Business Owner
5. Act as an SteelcoBelimed Digital Solution ambassador internal and external
6. Reporting and participation at Complaint Case
7. Coordination and participation in service escalation cases
8. Technical training for customers and internal stakeholders for SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions
9. Participation and support in product presentation (Agile Release Train and weekly sprint demos) and further developments
Travel and field sales:
10. Local (regional) approx. 40%
11. International approx. 10%
What you need to succeed
Experience:
12. Experience as IT Supporter advantageous (Windows, Linux, applications, network)
13. Knowledge and experience with SteelcoBelimed products or willingness to learn
14. Experience interpreting technical literature
15. Very good user skills in Windows applications (Office, network tools, server environment)
16. Experience in customer support and technical training is a plus
IT affinity
17. IT/Networking/Windows/Skils – Linux skills is a plus
18. Confident use of PC and standard office applications
Technology & Processes
19. Good knowledge of general healthcare and CSSD specific tools and working practices or willing to learn
20. Project coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
21. Structured solution search using the technical documentation and software tools
