, you will join more than 150 colleagues specialized in the design, development, production and supply of
weapon systems and ammunitions
for use by customers in the Defense (MoD), Aerospace (OEM) and Land (OEM) sectors. With the Guided Rocket in the portfolio additional market's segments are now addressed like Ground-to-Ground applications or Counter-UAS.
Your mission
· The product/project Quality Assurance Engineer contribute to Quality management based on objective data (Product/Project KPIs such as OTD, OCD, etc.), to achieve quality excellence in execution across the company's entire life cycle (products, bids, projects and services).
· Member of the Project Core Team, he is the main interface for Product/Project Quality.

Proactively
following- up with stakeholders to ensure all required documents are submitted
on time
, enabling timely delivery of parts
· Support the
installation
of a
production unit
by analysing development process requirements.
·
Coordinate and produce
various qualification
reports,
including protocols
·
Ensure
that
requirements
are considered and that the products and services delivered comply with the requirements within his/her scope.
·
Promote quality methods
(problem-solving, root cause analysis, risk analysis, AMDEC, prevention, feedback, etc.)
·
Developing a process flow that maps out the requirements and stakeholders at each step to ensure clarity and efficiency.
· Execute, under supervision of his/her management, Quality Assurance activities according to the risks and the maturity of the team
·
Analyse deviations and Quality risks, anticipate impacts and propose preventive and corrective solutions
· Verify proper compliance with procedures and within the operational disciplines (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, etc.)

Respond appropriately to customer concerns and complaints
.
About you
· Engineering Master's Degree.
· Knowledge of Quality methods and tools. (min 5 years of experience)
·
Previous experience in the defence, automotive, aero field.
(min 5 years of experience)
·
Proficiency in two languages : French and English.
