We are currently seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead and coordinate security-related projects, with a strong focus on building security systems, maintenance activities and public procurement processes, within a prestigious European Institution in Brussels. 🔐🇪🇺
🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead and manage security projects related to building infrastructure, including systems such as CCTV, access control, fire detection and associated maintenance services;
* Coordinate the full project lifecycle, from requirements definition and procurement to implementation, monitoring and delivery;
* Prepare and manage technical specifications and procurement documentation in line with EU public procurement procedures;
* Supervise contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, budgetary and timeline requirements;
* Act as the main interface between technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors;
* Ensure alignment with security standards, operational requirements and maintenance strategies;
* Contribute to the improvement of processes, documentation and security-related procedures.
📝 REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in security, infrastructure or IT-related projects;
* Experience with building security systems (CCTV, access control, fire detection) and/or security maintenance projects;
* Strong understanding of public procurement processes (preferably within EU or public sector environments);
* Good knowledge of security principles and risk management practices;
* Familiarity with project management methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent);
* University degree in a relevant field;
* Fluency in English (C1);
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments.
This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at the Brussels office 3/4 days per week. 📍
